LGBT Mental Health Worker
Dorset Mind is seeking a Mental Health worker to support young lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgendered adults aged 16-25.
This is a 9 month contract for a part time post of 9 hrs/wk, salaried at £4380 per year, plus expenses.
The successful applicant will promote mental health awareness, improve access to services and promote self-help and recovery. Dorset Mind welcomes applications from people with personal experience of mental health issues.

LGBT Help-line
We are now looking for volunteers to help us run the new Mind OUT Dorset helpline for the LGBT commmunity in Dorset. If you are interested
and can give a commitment of two hours a week during the evening or at weekends, please call the service co-ordinator, John, on 01202 392910.
Befrienders
We are always looking for volunteers to help us provide the Befriending Service. If you are aged 18+ (no upper limit)
and can give a commitment of two hours a fortnight, during the day, evening or at weekends, and would like to make a real difference
to someone's life, please call the service co-ordinator, Jackie, on 01202 392910.
